1. I need technical/service support. What do I need to do?

For technical issues, fill in the support inquiry form here. For transportation damage claims, complete this form.

2. Where can I see available e-bikes in stock and how can I place an order?

You can quickly check our e-bikes in stock here. Please note that each order shall be sent via email to sales-eu@econicone.com. You will then receive an Order Form with your order details which you need to sign and return to us by email. An email confirmation is also acceptable as long as it contains contact information and position of the confirming party. Only then your order is confirmed and will be processed.
